Availability and performance statistics
Published quarterly under Article 32(4) of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2018/389. The legal test is parity: the dedicated interface must perform no worse than the channel PaySaxas customers use directly, so the customer portal is measured the same way and shown in every table.
Availability is sampled once a minute against both channels; an interface counts as unavailable after five consecutive failed probes. Error counts are server failures only — a refused request is the interface working correctly. A blank figure means nothing was measured in that period, never that the period was perfect.
2026-Q3 (2026-07-01 to 2026-09-30)
No third-party provider called the interface in this quarter, so its request, error and latency figures are zero or blank.
